新版bug，没有绑定gd库，造成imagefilter函数无法使用

GIF Create Support	enabled

1.9版的phpinfo：
gd

GD Support	enabled
GD Version	bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
FreeType Support	enabled
FreeType Linkage	with freetype
FreeType Version	2.2.1
GIF Read Support	enabled
GIF Create Support	enabled
JPG Support	enabled
PNG Support	enabled
WBMP Support	enabled
XBM Support	enabled

差在第二条上：GD Version。2.0版的只是安装了gd库，但是没有绑定。造成imagefilter函数不可用，我暂时只发现这个函数，应该还有别的gd函数也不可用。

我的系统：Linux(CentOS)   2.6.18-274.12.1.el5   32位
