新主机，安装LuManager两次都失败了

系统是ubuntu-12.10-x86_64的，内存1GB，硬盘10GB妥妥的，因为是第一次接触VPS，在看了N多教程之后，毅然决定安装LuManager，结果……
安装两次都失败了，失败的时候有下列信息：

由于是第一次接触VPS，而且还是LIUNX主机……所以很多地方都不懂，希望能指导一下我到底为什么无法安装
