大大能给写个脚本吗？

最近有人不停的cc我的网站  就是用很多代理 get我网站的一个帖子  我一开始是封ua  但是他经常变  
有没有办法监控log 找到三分钟以内都get同一个帖子的ip 直接封了？
log里边都是这个

ua都是空白的 或者过一段见时间就修改一次 手动封ua太麻烦了

谁可以帮忙写  我付一百块钱啊   实在受不了了
