NGINX日志出现still could not bind

每天出现这个记录，网上说是80端口被占用，但是没有其他程序站用80,Apache没有启动

网站好像是可以正常运行 但是为什么会出 这样的错误日志呢？

80端口被占，可以使用lu-restart去掉，或者多试几次nginx-restart
