这句话我看起来有点头晕，不太懂，会不会是你的主板太旧（bios可能需要升级），然而硬盘是比较新的？

现在又有提示了：

A geometry of 60801/255/63 was calculated for ad0.

if you are not sure about this ,please consult the hardware guide in the documentationg submenu or use the geometry commadn to change it .

remeber:you need to enter whatever your bios thinks the geometry is!

for ide,it's what you were tlod in the bios setup. for scsi,ti's the translation mode your controller is using .do not use a "physical geometry“!
